The edition of Tuttofood 2011, with the ‘Prodotto di Nicchia’ contest has done exposure to the agricultural and food excellences which defend the traditional productive processes and which base their market on quality and not prices. In this context our “Miscela Bar” has obtained the reward of ‘Premio di Nicchia’.
